Vinaigrette and garnished with Grape Tomatoes, Stuffed Eggs and Cornichons.

Chicken or Beef Teriyaki (3 skewers) on a bed of mixed Greens garnished
with fried Oriental Noodles, Water Chestnuts, and Mandarin Oranges and dressed
with your choice of Ginger-Lime or Sesame Salad Dressing.

Your choice of Southern Style, Tropical or Sour Cream-Pecan Chicken Salad
in a Poppy seed puff Pastry shell accompanied by a seasonal Fruit Cup (not
fruit cocktail) or small Garden Salad
